The weather forecast for Sunday is excellent, for the Assumption pilgrimage to the Lady Chapel. There are still some places on the charabanc leaving York at 1pm: let us know if you want to come.
The 'bus leaves English Martyrs' at 1pm, and will return to York by about 6pm. The cost is £15 per head. Children travel free.
For those travelling by car, there is a field at the bottom of the hill in which you can park.
There are hymns from 2.30pm, and the Mass begins at 3pm. This year, the Abbot of Ampleforth with be the chief celebrant and preacher.
